Tony Hodge was no exception. Tony told us how he “fell into” an RAAF
career culminating in retiring as the first Commanding Officer of the ADF
basic flying training school here in Tamworth.

Andriessen who was inducted this week. As three
athletes in one Jason may be interested in organising a fitness activity for
our club! A fine for all those who groaned and those who broke out in a
sweat.

Mr “Parks & Gardens”, otherwise known as Don Willis
from Tamworth City Council is thanked by Paula Peterson after an interesting
talk on the development of some of the features around Tamworth.
Don spoke with pride and passion for these projects and how
these areas clearly show the values of people, places and partnerships in
our Tamworth community. Our City has won many
prizes in both National and state competitions.

surprised Bob Nelson was inducted as an Honorary Member at our last
meeting. Bob said he approached Rotary for assistance with the Science
Challenge – not only did he get the help, but an Honorary Membership as
well!
